1. Trial Period
Tikky provides a 14-day free trial for new users, allowing them to explore the Basic Plan features along with a 14-day free trial of Chatbot Flows (add-on). No credit card is required to start the trial, and users are not charged during this period.

2. Subscription Services
After the free trial, if a user subscribes to any of Tikky’s paid services, they are not eligible for a refund. The free trial is intended to give users ample time to evaluate the services before committing to a paid plan. If unsatisfied, users can cancel their trial at any time without being charged. However, once a subscription is purchased, refunds are not available. Users can cancel their subscription to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Services
All Tikky services, including charges for Tikky Plans, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), Add-ons, or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of these services and the costs associated with providing them. This also applies to one-time Chatbot development and other setup fees.

4. Technical Issues
If users encounter persistent technical issues that hinder their ability to use Tikky effectively, and these issues are verified by Tikky’s support team, a partial or full refund may be considered at Tikky’s discretion.

5. Unauthorized Charges
In the event of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, users should contact Tikky support immediately. If such claims are verified, Tikky will issue a full refund.

6. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for the remaining subscription period are not provided, except under special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
